Monday-Thursday: 6am, 8:45am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Friday: 6am, 8:45am, and open gym from 4:30-6pm

Saturday: 7am, 8am, 9am


Teen's Strength and Conditioning (Throughout the school year):

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:30-3:30 (High school) 3:30-4:30 (Middle School)

Teen's Strength and Conditioning (Summer hours):

Tuesday & Thursdays: 10am

Kid's Ninja Warrior Classes

Saturday: 10:45am-11:45am
